Main objectives of the position:
1\. Responsibility for the SAP SD application area
2\. Responsibility for consistency and functionality during rollouts and in daily operations (CRM SAP C4C)
3\. 3rd level of support for the business application
4\. Implementation of functional changes
5\. System customisation
